December 17, 2007 CWI projects record revenues for calendar year 2007
December 11, 2007 CWI reaches agreement with large western saw mill to supply unprecedented amount of raw, rough-cut Ponderosa Pine in 2008.
November 16, 2007 CWI participates in IAAPA trade show in Orlando which caters to the international theme and amusement park industry. Company secured 70 leads, 22 of which were international contacts.
October 26, 2007 CWI participates in Log and Timber Expo, Chilliwack, British Columbia. It was the Company’s first “off-shore” trade show.
September 17, 2007 CWI launches third full time Crew to harvest/replace wood on Wyoming Snow Fence.
August 28, 2007 CWI receives largest order in Company history, 178,400 linear feet with an objective of 100% delivery in five weeks.

CWI signs sales agent agreement with Kansas City Representative.

August 13, 2007

Tim Armijo joins CWI as a sales representative. Tim's primary responsibility will be western states sales.

August 8, 2007

CWI announces a price increase from $1.50 to $1.60, and concurrently offers a 5% discount for cash with orders.

June 29, 2007

June 28, 2007

CWI establishes an east coast distribution facility in South Carolina with an opening inventory in excess of 30,000 linear feet of its reclaimed wood.

June 25, 2007

May 15, 2007

April 16, 2007

CWI successfully participated in the Fredericksburg, VA. Log and Timber Expo.

March 5, 2007 On March 2, 2007, The Boomerang newspaper in Laramie Wyoming published an article on the important role snow fence plays in the State of Wyoming. (Click here for a PDF of the article) On March 3, 2007, the Boomerang reprinted an article which appeared in the Billings, Montana newspaper which cited Centennial Woods for its efforts in recycling aged wood and the contribution that is making to the green community. March 1, 2007 CWI successfully bid the WYDOT 2007 RFQ for snow fence replacement and repair. For the first time in 2007, CWI will be repairing snow fence frames and also performing random slat replacement across the State of Wyoming in addition to its traditional requirement to reclaim, replace and recycle snow fence face-boards (slats). CWI anticipates that it will launch the random slat replacement project in April. In May, CWI also anticipates launching a third field Crew to insure that the Company works proportionately in all five WYDOT Districts each year.
February 6, 2007 CWI announces that it plans to be a part of the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA., March 8-11.   This is sponsored by the Wyoming Business   Council for Wyoming's natural products companies.
February 5, 2007 CWI announces that it plans to exhibit at the Yellowstone Business Partnership Conference in Jackson Hole, May 17-19
February 2, 2007 CWI announces that it will support GRO-Biz, a Wyoming initiative to make government procurement officials aware of certain Wyoming products.   The conference is scheduled to be held in Casper, February 21-22.
February 1, 2007 David Smith, formerly a Crew Foreman with CWI, is promoted to Sales Representative with primary focus in the western U.S.
February 1, 2007 CWI and Precision Craft Inc. have signed a preferred customer agreement whereby Precision Craft will receive commission for selling CWI reclaimed wood as a part of Precision Craft's total service package.
January 4, 2007 WUSATA approves CWI application for grant to defray certain marketing cost in 2007.
January 2, 2007 CWI announces that it will offer its reclaimed wood in lengths shorter than 16'.   Customers can also get boards with all nails removed for a modest up charge.   Finally, 16' stock will be bunked as 126 boards standard (7 x 18).
December 16, 2007 WUSATA approves grant to help defray certain CWI marketing expense in 2006.
December 15, 2007 CWI establishes a store on E-bay for the specific purpose of selling cut wood in less than 16' lengths.
October 10, 2006 Centennial Woods Inc. announced that it will participate in the Log & Timber trade show to be held in St. Louis, MO. November 3-5, 2006.

Concurrently, CWI also announced it has reserved space for the same show in Atlanta, January 19-21, 2007.
October 4, 2006 CWI has reached agreement with a major western states lumber mill to provide virtually all of CWI’s raw wood requirement. CWI placed an initial order for 200,000 linear feet in order to address its ever-growing order backlog situation.
October 3, 2006 CWI received the single largest reclaimed wood order in its 7 year history.
October 2, 2006 CWI has relocated its Crew that has worked in Northeast Wyoming for more than a year to the Elk Mountain area along I-80.
September 23, 2006 CWI supported the western states AIA Conference at the Jackson Lake Lodge, Jackson Hole Wyoming.
August 24, 2006 Disdero Lumber and CWI have consummated an agreement whereby Disdero, as a Stocking Distributor, will market CWI’s reclaimed wood product throughout much of the northwest.  This is CWI’s fourth Stocking Distributor to be established in 2006.
August 23, 2006 CWI has reached tentative agreement to lease several thousand square
Feet of hard surface, secure space for the purpose of storing harvested but unshipped reclaimed snow fence.  CWI, with inventory on hand, plans to become significantly more aggressive for customers with small order requirements.
August 21, 2006 CWI has successfully completed and submitted a WUSATA grant application that will enable the company to greatly expand marketing operations, particularly in 2007.
July 21, 2006 CWI has reached formal agreement with Steven Popp, independent wood products broker, to represent CWI’s product line in the offshore marketplace.  This brings to four the number of export relationships enjoyed by Centennial Woods Inc.
July 21, 2006 Centennial Woods announced that it has appointed Crafbilt Services, Inc., Rosewell Georgia as its exclusive Stocking Distributor for the State of Georgia.
July 14, 2006 Centennial woods expands general office operations to accommodate staff and to better serve its customer and distributor base. The expansion is adjacent to current operations at 1482 Commerce Drive, Suite A, Laramie, Wyoming.
June 26, 2006 Centennial Woods, Inc. has targeted the Northwest and West regions of the United States for immediate expansion of its Stocking Distributor program. June 20, 2006 Centennial Woods Inc. announces plans to establish an inventory center in Laramie, Wyoming in order to expand service to more customers in a timely manner.
June 19, 2006 Centennial Woods Inc. announces that it will expand Crew operations as of July 15, 2006. This expansion will enable Centennial Woods to operate in several areas of the State of Wyoming simultaneously while improving overall service to the Wyoming Department of Transportation.
June 16, 2006 As of this date, Centennial Woods received an extension of its agreement with the Wyoming Department of Transportation for the maintenance and replacement of snow fence throughout the State.
June 7, 2006

Centennial Woods, Inc. announced it is launching a significant marketing campaign including up to 15,000 pieces of direct mail and print advertising in Mountain Living magazine and American Cowboy magazine (July/August issues). Further, CWI has committed to participate in the Western States Architects convention in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in late September, 2006.

May 3, 2006 Specialty Wood Products, Inc. has signed the CWI Stocking Distributor Agreement and will sell CWI products in Colorado and parts of Utah.
April 28, 2006 Pioneer Log Systems, Inc. has signed the CWI Stocking Distributor Agreement and will sell CWI products in Tennessee and western North Carolina.
April 15, 2006 Centennial Woods, Inc. launches Stocking Distributor Program for resellers who can sell at least 80,000 linear feet of its weathered Wyoming snow fence annually. This program is part of an overall strategy for Centennial Woods to aggressively expand its distribution channel and to make its product available nationally. January, 2006

BSG appoints Gene Klawetter as its new President/CEO. Robert “Bob” Johnson becomes V.P., Operations. Concurrently, Charles Shawver was elected Chairman of the Board. Other Board members include James Arkebauer, Corporate Secretary, and John Pope.

December, 2005

CWI receives a major order from a Japanese contractor for wood that will be used in construction of a specific restaurant chain throughout Japan.

CWI is acquired by a Laramie-based investment company, The Blue Sky Group, Inc. BSG acquired 100% of the common stock of CWI.

November, 2005

CWI launches two year program to harvest hundreds of miles of Wyoming Department of Transportation snow fence located in the Gillette, Wyoming area.
