Statement of Guarantee

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE STATEMENT:

CWI strives to only ship usable wood. Depending on a number of factors, some waste could occur. Our experience is that waste seldom if ever exceeds 10%. If you are not completely satisfied with our wood, simply notify us within 30 days and CWI will work with you to replace wood that does not meet standard.
